From August 7th to 10th, the fifth stop of the overseas agent exhibition of "One Code to Orders" series was held in Las Vegas. Founded in 1933, the exhibition is the most representative professional clothing exhibition in the United States and one of the most influential international fashion exhibitions in the world.
In this exhibition, 61 garment fabric enterprises were organized in Yuecheng to participate in the exhibition in the mode of overseas agent, with 3381 samples. On the first day of the exhibition, 321 foreign customers were received online and offline on behalf of the enterprises in the exhibition area by "One Code to Orders". The merchants scanned the code and browsed the products for more than 2000 times, held real-time negotiations for 1607 times, inquired by mail for 197 times, and obtained more than 5 million dollars of intended orders.
In the "One Code to Orders" section, the on-site merchants conducted online inquiry negotiation with enterprises after scanning the QR codes posted on the products.
By unifying the sample code and the overseas exhibition agency, it reshapes the overseas exhibition process of enterprises in the mode of "overseas offline commodity exhibition and domestic online face-to-face talk", and promotes enterprises to expand the market and seize orders. 388 enterprises have registered for application. Five exhibitions, including New York Fashion Show, Paris Fashion Show and Las Vegas International Fashion Fabric Show, have been held in practice. There have been 188 exhibitors, more than 12000 code samples, 18188 product code scanning times, 1474 code scanning customers, 1057 email inquiries, 2843 real-time negotiations, 2385 foreign business cards received offline, and the enterprise has obtained more than 51 million dollars of intent orders.
It creates a new exhibition mode through digital empowerment, and provides low-cost exhibition opportunities for many small and medium-sized enterprises. According to the preliminary comprehensive estimation and research, the enterprise has changed from transporting exhibits by itself to sending samples uniformly, and has hired professional service personnel to promote samples. On average, each exhibition can save enterprises more than 40000 yuan in exhibition costs. Up to now, it has saved more than 7.5 million yuan of exhibition fees for enterprises, and about 4 million yuan of pre cashed booth fees.
It forms a closed loop management mechanism for foreign trade orders led by the competent department, with government enterprise cooperation and multi cross collaboration, through multi department linkage, precipitates and analyzes exhibition data, and draws enterprise portraits and market portraits. According to the data feedback after the exhibition, contact and guide the enterprises to develop products with large market demand as the focus of the next production, operation and exhibition preparation. For example, during the Las Vegas International Fashion Fabric Exhibition in February, Sampson Company scanned a woven digital printed women's dress up to 95 times, which had high market demand. It timely fed back to the enterprise, effectively helping the enterprise to win more interested orders during the subsequent exhibition.
Next, Yuecheng will also organize five "Ten Exhibitions and One Hundred Enterprises" in textile, clothing, medical and other fields to participate on behalf of overseas exhibitors, which are South Korea Seoul Clothing Exhibition, Türkiye International Home Textile Exhibition, Dusseldorf Medical Exhibition, Australia Textile Clothing Exhibition, and Japan AFF Clothing Fabric Exhibition. Enterprises are welcome to actively sign up for the exhibition through the application of "One Code to Orders".
