Product Description
1) Product characteristic
The coil of the machine apply full closed curing processing technology. It have many advantages such as waterproof, dustproof and anti-corrosion, so the machine can avoid the poor working conditions. Also, the coil applied water-cooling method to increase the life span of the coil.
The raw ore feed from top to the separation area which filled with magnetic media. Because the direction of flushing water used for discharge iron is opposite from the feeding direction, so it is easy to discharge the iron. And then solve the problem of blocking up the magnetic media efficiently.
Applying PLC automatic control technology, it is more convenient for staff to manual and realize automatic operation control. Finally, we achieved a satisfactory mineral processing result.
2) Operation process
The loops becomes magnetic when the current is switched on, making the magnetic media in the cavity generate high gradient magnetic field. The magnetic material will be absorbed on the surface of magnetic media. PLC process automatically control each valve and electrical components, then realized iron remover.
3) Application scope
It is used to purify the non-metallic minerals. The non-metallic minerals includes quartz, feldspar, nepheline, fluorite,spodumene,kaolin.
