1.Machine introduction : 

 

1.5388 high-resolution line scan CCD image sensor allows to identity any defects with subtlest color variation.Defect size can also be controlled and adjusted according to needs.The system allows the users to determine whether a spot on a grain to be considered as element to reject to keep as an accept base on the defect size.


Our color sorter have R(red) G(green)B(blue) sensors offering 0.04mm resolution on color and shade difference.The HSI system perceives the images by RGB system almost seen by human eye.The system allows an easier programming compared to any RGB system signal management.


Each group can finish different color sorting work simultaneous.


Shadowless LED lighting system allowings the most precise focusing of the beam on the inspection line .The LED white light be able to spply to all the materials.


Wireless Panel PC remote Operating system,12inch panel PC and android 4.4operating system.Humanized operation screen is user-friendly.
