Why use our Multi-enzymatic Detergent?

After using the medical device and equipment, the dirt such as tissue, cell and bloodstain will adhere on the surface of the medical device and equipment, ordinary enzyme washing cannot achieve the effect of remove dirt, because the dirt is the mixture of a variety of material such as blood, tissue and cells, include protein, carbohydrate, fats, etc. Only use the detergent which contain a variety of enzyme can fully biodegrade the dirt. Our multi-enzymatic detergent contains more than 4 enzymes (proteolytic enzyme, lipase, amylase, carbohydrase) and a powerful detergent base that can remove organic waste materials rapidly and thoroughly.

Main Ingredients: proteolytic enzyme, lipase, amylase, carbohydrase, enzyme synergistic agent ROS, non-ionic surfactant, antirust agent,etc.

Scope of application:

For cleaning all kinds of soft and hard endoscope, surgical instruments, sensitive apparatus, medical equipment and medical cloth. Not only it suitable for the automatic ultrasonic machine, pipe cleaning machine and container cleaning machine, but also suitable for manual cleaning completely.

Usage:

1. For manual cleaning: in lightly soiled instrument, trays and carts, it can be diluted in as low as 5 ml per liter of water; for heavily soiled instrument, trays and carts, it can be diluted in as low as 10 ml per liter of water. A minimum 5 minutes pre-soak is recommended. Soak instruments immediately after water rinse until all organic matter is removed. For equipment with dried-on matter, extend soak time, use 10 ml per liter of water. If necessary, mechanically clean equipment, thoroughly rinse equipment, aspirating water through all channels to remove ROS detergent and rough-dry equipment including channels before high level disinfection or sterilization.

2. For automated machine wash: dilute at rate 1 (detergent): 200(water) to 1 (detergent): 280(water), any water temperature is ok,2 to 3 minutes soak is recommended

   Warning:

   1) Do not contact directly with skin, use water to wash when contact.

   2) Need to wear gloves when use it.

   3) Don't swallow, keep away from children

   Storage:

   1)Store in a dry area.

   2)Keep tight, avoid contacting with water and other objects.

   3)Do not Freeze.

   4)Keep away from Acidic Material, Strong oxidizers.

   Packing: 500ml, 1,000ml, 5,000ml/package or customized. For 500ml size,12 bottles/carton,carton size:29*22*21cm,GW:7KG. For 5L size,4 barrels/carton,carton size:36*27*34.5cm,GW:22KG.

   Period of validity: 24 months

   
   

   Suggestion: Store in cool and try place with temperature of atmosphere below 30 degree centigrade. For better result and protection, suggest use our rust remover and Antirust Lubricant together.
