Product Description
1. Introduction:
Our company has many years of experience in producing stainless steel wire mesh with advanced technology.
Our products have good resistance to wearing, tearing, corrosion, high temperature, oxidizing, shrinking, and fracturing. Our belts have been widely applied to automatic assembly lines, electronic industry, food industry, non-woven industry, plastic foaming lines, and heat handling, roasting and washing lines. The materials we use include 321, 302, 304, 304L, 316, 316L, 310, 310S, 314, 2080, no. 45 steel wire, steel wire with low carbon, polyester thread and nylon thread.
2. Application:
It is widely used in the plate making of electronics, textiles, ceramics, glass and other industries and filtration of aviation, airspace and petrochemical industries.
Filter mesh for gas and liquid serves well in filtering and deleting the particle mixture in foam, liquid and air, by way of distillation, absorbing, evaporating and filtering process, in petroleum, chemicals, metallurgy, machine, pharmaceuticals, automobile and environmental protection

4. Features & Advantages:
1)High tension: Much higher tension than common polyester mesh and smooth tension;
2)Super precision: Uniform wire diameter and aperture with extremely low difference;
3)Low elongation: Very small elongation of wire mesh at high tension;
4)High elasticity: The wire mesh will not lose elasticity at extreme tension;
5)High corrosion resistance: The excellent corrosion resistance exceeds polyester fiber;
6)Anlistatig: Avoid affects of static for print to ensure the safety of printing;
7)Hot melt: Special features of stainless wire mesh. Suitable for hot melt ink;
8)Good solvent resistance: Can avoid the affects of any solvent
We also provide other metal mesh, such as nickel mesh, titanium thread, tungsten mesh etc.
