The legal representative of the company,Hua Dafeng, was assigned as the general manager in 1995.He also participated in the drafting and revising in GB/T1234-2012 national standard of "high resistance alloys" .He won the title of senior economic calendar and invented nine product patents, fifteen utility model patents.Under his leadership,the company was identified as high-tech enterprises, and actively strive to enable the company embark on a new stage.

There are 228 staff at present in the company, including 28 technical manpower. A total of 36800 square meters of production workshop. Production line includes from smelting, vacuum smelting,forging, hot rolling (outsourcing) processing, machining, heat treatment, wire drawing. Major equipment includes 1T vacuum melting furnace, 100Kg vacuum induction furnace, 2T medium frequency induction furnace, 1T medium frequency induction furnace, 35Kg to 3T electric-slag remelting, 3T electric-fluid hammer, 1T forging air hammer. A full set of cool rolling production line and equipment.

The company passed the ISO9001 quality management system certification in 2003, establishing a completed quality management system, strict quality control to make sure the stability of the products. The company is equipped with advanced physical and chemical testing equipment,is cable of mastering a chemical analysis, spectral analysis, ultrasonic inspection, mechanical test, high temperature tensile, impact test, hardness test, bending test, metallographic analysis and physical testing equipment.The company has abundant technical force and new product research and development ability, 12 patents has been applied.
