Black Garlic is made through black garlic fermentation machine by controlling the fermenting and drying process. According to the capacity, it can be devided into small ,middle and commercial capacity.Small black garlic fermenting machine capacity such as 25/50/100kg input.
HY-50 model can be put in about 50kg fresh garlic each batch and outpu is about 25kg black garlic.

How to Make Black Garlic Through the Black Garlic Oven?
1. Select good quality Fresh garlic
We can use fresh garlic as material or cold room garlic.The garlic moistue is importing for the fermenting.We suggest it is 55%-65%.
2.Loading fresh garlic into fermenting trays
We need to put fresh garlic into the fermernting trays .Eahc trays is about 5kg fresh garlic.
3.Start fermenting process
We have set up fermenting parameters in the PLC control system.The machine can run automatically.Fermenting, 9days
4.Start drying process.
Drying time 9days
5.Get black Garlic
Generally, if it is small garlic farm or small black garlic producer, black garlic produciton mainly includes fermenting and drying process.If it is a standardlized black garlic factory, we suggest it also needs ripening time.After that,we can start to packing and sales.
