The Main Structural Composition of the bBack Garlic Fermentation Machine
1.Circulation Fan.Under the operation of the circulating fan, heat can be evenly carried to every corner of the machine to ensure the balance of fermentation temperature.
2.Exhaust Fan.When the machine starts to dry,the exhaust fan will be opened automatically to exhaust inside air to dry black garlic.
3.Heating System.Speacial heating tubes are installed inside of the machine to provide heating source.
4.PLC Control System.We have set up all the related fermenting and drying parameters in the system in advance.
