Black Garlic Fermenting Machine's Structurer Introduction
1.On the top of the machine, it is exhaust fan and circultion fan.Exhast fan will play an important role in the drying process.
2.On the side, it is the electrical control box.For the voltage of the machine,we can make it according to customers' requirement,no matter, 110v,240v and so on.
3.All the fermenting trays and racks are made of SUS 304.Each tray can be put in about 5 pcs fresh garlic.
4.There are four univeral wheels at the bottom of the machine which can make the machine move easily.
5.Automatic PLC control is used in the produciton to make sure the fermenting process is uniformly.
Our black garlic fermenting machine can not only be used for making whole bulb black garlic,solo black galric but also can be used for peeled black garlic directly. For peeled black garlic cloves ,we just put peeled fresh garlic cloves into the machine and it can get peeled garlic cloves after 18days.
How to Make Black Garlic Through Our Black Garlic Machine
1. Select good quality fresh garlic and make sure the moistue is about 55-70%.
2.Put fresh garlic into the fermenting trays and put them in the fermenting racks and then put into the machine.

3.Start fermenting and take samples in the production.
4.Start drying process after fermenting procecss.
5.After that, we will get black garlic and put black garlic in a clean for ripening.
